What it does

Craft a Rover Crate and use it on the ground to park the rover there: a copper cart with a cream seat, 4 turning wheels and a wooden cargo tray. Use the rover to climb in, steer with your normal movement controls, and crouch to get out. It has 1 seat and drives on land only.

To load it, hold a Rover Cargo Tag and use the rover: whole stacks move from your main inventory into its 9 slots, and your hotbar stays put. Crouch and use it with the tag to take them back. Items keep their names, enchantments and wear. Anyone can drive it or use its cargo. A plain iron ingot repairs 4 of its 40 health. If it's destroyed, it drops its crate and all its cargo on the ground, where items can burn or despawn. You can't ride, load or repair it in Adventure mode.

  • 1-seat rover that drives on land with your movement controls
  • 9 cargo slots, loaded and unloaded with a Cargo Tag
  • 40 health, with 4 restored per iron ingot
  • Stays where you parked it, cargo and all, when you leave and come back
  • Drops its crate and all cargo if destroyed

How to install Copper Car

  1. Import the .mcaddon, then turn on both packs in your world's settings (Behavior Packs and Resource Packs). No experiments are needed. Needs Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.45 or later.
  2. At a crafting table, combine 4 copper ingots, 2 iron ingots, 1 chest, 1 black wool and 1 minecart in any arrangement to make a Rover Crate. Use the crate on open ground (right-click on Windows, tap on touch screens) to place the rover.
  3. Use the rover with an empty hand (right-click on Windows, press Drive rover on touch screens) to get in. Drive with your movement controls and crouch to get out. Stick to land: keep it out of water, lava and away from the void.
  4. For cargo, combine 1 paper, 1 copper ingot and 1 iron ingot to make a Rover Cargo Tag. Hold it and use the rover to store stacks from your main inventory; crouch and use it to take them back. If your inventory fills up, the rest stays in the rover.
  5. To repair, hold a plain iron ingot and use the rover. Each ingot restores 4 health, and a rover that isn't damaged leaves your ingot alone.

Which version do I have?

Minecraft Bedrock shows its version number in the bottom-right corner of the main menu. Everything on ModChest is built for Bedrock 1.26.45 and newer, on Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows. If your number is lower, update Minecraft from the store you installed it from, then import the mod.
