What it does

Craft the Mushroom Stem Saw with iron ingots and sticks, aim at a mushroom stem, then crouch and use it. It cuts up to 6 consecutive stem blocks above the block you aimed at, leaving that block in place. Each cut stem drops 1 mushroom stem block and costs 1 durability point. The saw has 192 durability and a reach of 5 blocks. The cut stops at the first gap or other block, including mushroom caps. A worn saw cuts only as many blocks as its remaining durability allows. It works in Survival and Creative; Adventure does not activate the saw.

How to install Mushroom Stem Saw

Activate both the behavior pack and resource pack for your world.
At a crafting table, put iron ingots in the top-middle, top-right and center slots, with sticks in the middle-right and bottom-left slots.
In Survival, hold the saw, aim at a mushroom stem, then crouch and use (right-click on Windows, tap Saw stems on touch screens). The aimed block stays.
Pick up the mushroom stem blocks dropped from the column above your aim. Mushroom caps stay in place.
