About this world

Gather at the lobby console and use it, or crouch beside it, to start a timed run. Cross the quarry decks and reach the lit gate to advance to the next gallery. Each runner has their own stage, timer and fall count.

Cavern shelves drop below the entrance, Smelter Steps climb and descend, and crystal ledges send you from side to side. Low crossbeams interrupt the approach to several jumps: walk clear of the ceiling before taking off from the open edge. The last gallery combines narrow pads with two low beams.

A fall returns you to the start of your current stage and adds 5 seconds. Finish all twelve stages to post your time; the lowest completed time including penalties wins. Personal bests survive Save & Quit, and an interrupted run resumes at the stage each runner reached. Allow 10 to 26 minutes for 1 to 4 runners. Late arrivals wait for the next round. The course uses Adventure mode, so its blocks cannot be broken.

How to play Mineshaft Scramble

Open the .mcworld file to import Mineshaft Scramble, then choose it from Play > Worlds. No experiments or pack setup are needed.
Gather everyone at the lobby console. Use the console or crouch beside it to start, then wait for the countdown.
Jump between pads and land beneath each stage's lit finish gate. Walk clear of low crossbeams before jumping from the open edge.
A fall returns you to your current stage checkpoint and adds 5 seconds. Finish the last gallery to see your time, then use the console for another round once everyone has finished or left. To leave a run, crouch in the middle of your gallery's first pad for 5 seconds; once you have finished, crouch by the console for 3 seconds to end the round for everyone.
