What it does
Place the platform bed head against a wall and the bed foot in front of it for a low bed with a blue channel-tufted headboard, then add a bed bench, a linen reading chair and a knitted pouf. Beside the bed go a nightstand and a bedside lamp; a six drawer dresser, a wardrobe you can stack two blocks tall, a vanity desk with a desk chair and a floor mirror fill the walls. A floor lamp, a linear wall light, wall art with 3 designs, a floating shelf, a terrazzo side table, a wave rug, a eucalyptus planter, a laundry basket, a clothes rail and a blanket ladder finish the room, and linen wall panels and terrazzo tiles make its walls and floor. Every piece turns to face you when you place it and drops itself when broken.

Use a seat, including either half of the bed, to sit down, 1 player per seat, and crouch to stand up. The bed is furniture only: it doesn't set your spawn point or let you sleep through the night, so keep a vanilla bed nearby. Use a lamp or the wall light to switch it and the wall art to show the next design. The nightstand, dresser, wardrobe and wardrobe top store 27 stacks each: use one while holding a plain stick to put away every stack in your main inventory, or with anything else to take them back. Your hotbar is never touched, and breaking a storage piece drops everything inside it. Pistons can't move storage pieces or seats.

How to install Modern Bedroom
- Import the .mcaddon, then turn on both packs in your world's settings (Behavior Packs and Resource Packs). No experiments are needed. Needs Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.45 or later.
- Craft each piece at a crafting table. A recipe appears in the recipe book once you pick up its main material: light blue wool for the bed head, wardrobe, wardrobe top, reading chair, bed bench, wall light, side table, clothes rail and wall panels, white wool for the bed foot, the two lamps, nightstand, dresser, vanity desk, floor mirror and shelf, light gray wool for the pouf, desk chair, laundry basket and blanket ladder, a painting for the wall art, light blue carpet for the rug, a flower pot for the planter and diorite for the terrazzo tiles.
- Each piece faces you when you place it, so stand on the side its front should face. For the bed, place the bed head with its headboard against the wall, then the bed foot on the block in front of it, both facing the same way. Place the wardrobe top on the wardrobe for a tall wardrobe. To turn a piece later, break it and place it again.
- Use a piece (right-click on Windows, tap on touch screens) to work it: sit on a seat, switch a light or change the artwork. Crouch to stand up from a seat.
- Hold a plain stick and use the nightstand, dresser, wardrobe or wardrobe top to store the stacks in your main inventory. Use it with an empty hand or any other item to take them back; whatever doesn't fit stays inside.
- Crouch when you place a block against a piece, so you don't use the piece instead.

Which version do I have?
Minecraft Bedrock shows its version number in the bottom-right corner of the main menu. Everything on ModChest is built for Bedrock 1.26.45 and newer, on Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows. If your number is lower, update Minecraft from the store you installed it from, then import the mod.
